A: First off, we love your enthusiasm (and the flattery doesn't hurt).
The Committee decided this would be an adults-only shindig, so no one under the age of 16. There will be a cash bar for kids to stay away from, and we're borrowing the Library's karaoke and DDR machines which might be a temptation for little ones (but also might cause injury). Plus, we have not prepared any entertainment for kids. We won't ban them from the venue, but would prefer the wee ones stay at home for the evening.
