Raffle Rules

1. Only official Winterfest raffle tickets will be accepted. 5 raffle tickets come with each Winterfest admission ticket.

2. Additional raffle tickets may be purchased prior to and during Winterfest from any member of the Winterfest Committee. The cost is $1.00 per ticket, $5.00 for 6 tickets, or $10.00 for 15 tickets.

3. Winterfest raffle tickets must have the entrant's name and agency on it. Guests of staff should use their own name and the name of the staff person they are with. Names must be written legibly. If we can't read the name, the ticket will be thrown away.

4. Staff members and their guests must each have purchased a Winterfest admission ticket and attended the party in order to enter the raffle (this is to ensure that we have an accurate count of guests to plan for food).

5. All attending ACPL employees and their guests are eligible to win raffle prizes.

6. All attending retirees of ACPL and their guests, are eligible to win raffle prizes.

7. All attending members of the Winterfest planning committee and their guests are eligible to win raffle prizes.

8. All attending board members and their guests are eligible to win raffle prizes.

9. Raffle tickets must be entered before the raffle begins at 10:00pm.

10. Entrants need not be present at the raffle to win.

11. Individuals may win up to two prizes, and will then be ineligible to win additional prizes. The first two times the name is drawn are the two prizes the entrant will win.

12. A list of winners will be posted on the Winterfest blog within a week after the event.
